Bounce Gymnastics

​​Thursdays 6:20pm and Saturdays 11:45am during weeks 8, 9 & 10

What to wear: Active wear. Tight fitting clothing that is of stretchy material. Items such as T-shirt, singlet, shorts or leggings. No jeans, stockings, loose clothing or jewellery to be worn.

Spectator Rules: Spectators will be limited to the waiting area.

​

How the session will run: Children will get signed in at the front desk. At the time of their session time the children will be allowed in past the gate with the coach. The children will do a quick warm up and then start the skills asked of them. These will not necessarily be skills they have practiced. They will also have some strength and flexibility tested.

The session shouldn't take the full hour. A couple of children may be kept back while the others are sent to parents so they can be assessed for higher skills for a possibility of moving straight into a higher level.

Videos only are allowed during the sessions, you must only have your child in the video. Absolutely no flash photography at anytime during the sessions.

Cost per child: $15

All payments for each session must be done through the link below a minimum hour before the session to allow us to prepare paperwork for each session

Each timeslot only allows for 10 children, once full no extra bookings can be taken and a different timeslot will need to be chosen

RESULTS:

Results will not be given on the day. They will be given up to a week after the event. They will be emailed out. Please be patient. These are for groups to take place in Term 4 no to change straight away.
