Self-Run Open Gym

Do you want to control and direct your own training as well as receive feedback from Advanced accredited coaches. Our club offers 2 different style self run classes.

Participants must be aged 16 years and older. Proof of age must be shown upon first visit.
​
Wednesday nights will have an apparatus rotation to follow and a coach in closer proximity. You control what skills you would like to work on while working in the different designated areas based on the apparatus rotations. The coach will be with the group at all times to assist through the skills each individual would like to work on.
​
The Friday sessions will be a more open gym structure as there will only be one levels class in until 8pm in the gym at the same time. There will be a coach to help any participants who need it. You control and direct your own training as well as receive feedback from Advanced level coaches if you wish. There will be a coach on to supervise the activities in the gym. These sessions are not coach run classes.

Cost: $25 per casual class or purchase 10 visit pass $170 (12 month expiry)** Must be done at the gym after the initial casual booking

When: School terms only -
​
Wednesday - 6:00-7:30pm
Friday - 7:00-8:30pm
Saturday - 11am-12:30pm
 
​What to wear:

Bare feet are the only feet for gymnastics – It allows you to experience a variety of different surfaces whilst ensuring safety. We recommend wearing fitted clothing that does not restrict movement. Essentially hair tied back and off the face and there is NO jewellery to be worn at any time.

 

 

Our Self Run classes will have access to our Foam Pit, Floor, Mini Tramps, Uneven Bars, Double Mini, Tumble Tracks, Beams and Trampolines.

HOW TO BOOK

​

 

Initial visit must be booked as a casual session and so will be charged accordingly.

 

10 visit pass must be purchased at the desk. Punch Card will be issued to track attendance.
